Kirk and his family have been Alpharetta residents for over thirty years. After graduating from Reinhardt University, Kirk began his career in real estate. He started Power Realty in 2002, which provided service for properties in Alpharetta and throughout the Greater Atlanta area. The company was purchased by Century 21 in 2017, with whom Kirk still works today.

Beyond his professional career, Kirk has a passion for helping people overcome addiction. He is the founder and director of Vision Warriors, a faith-based program that offers transitional housing and a supportive community to men in recovery from substance abuse. Kirk is also a member and frequent volunteer for Alpharetta Rotary.

Kirk and his wife, Deena, have a daughter, Cambri, and two sons, Knox and Kolton. They live in the Academy Park neighborhood and are members of Restoration Church.
